It was a good service. We shifted to a nearby place so it was convenient. The manpower was good. They listened to what we said and handled delicate things carefully. They took their cartons back at the same time so that was a bit of a problem since the things were strewn initially
I moved my 2 Wheeler from Mumbai to Ahmedabad. At the collection end, they were great, on time, good rate and courteous. The packaging was good. However, the last mile delivery was weak. The vehicle was late and also, I had to go and pick it up, as opposed to the promised door-to-door. However, I am satisfied with their service.
